Job summary

Accounting Search in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Treasury Analyst to support daily cash operations, hedge reconciliation, and executive reporting. You will report to the Treasury Director and help ensure accurate financial analysis across the treasury function.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, with 0–3 years of relevant experience, strong quantitative skills, and the ability to communicate across departments and present data to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Derivative & Hedging Analysis: reconcile positions between broker statements and internal systems.
• Month-End Reporting: execute monthly closings and report realized/unrealized derivatives.
• Cash Management: support daily cash monitoring, payments, and intercompany activity.
• Process Optimization: improve internal controls and banking workflows.
• Executive & Board Support: assist in financial analysis and executive summaries for leadership.
• General Treasury Support: perform ad-hoc treasury projects and analyses.
