Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our finance team in Fort Wayne. You will report to the Treasury Director and help manage daily cash operations, hedging analysis, and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Entry-level to 3 years of financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsibilities

Derivative & Hedging Analysis: Coordinate cross-functionally to reconcile exchange-traded derivative positions.
Month-End Reporting: Execute monthly closings and report on derivative positions.
Cash Management: Support daily cash monitoring, payment processing, and intercompany activities.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and banking workflows.
Executive & Board Support: Prepare financial analysis for senior leadership and the Board.
General Treasury Support: Perform ad-hoc treasury projects as assigned.
