Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication across departments and to executives.

Responsibilities

• Derivative & Hedging Analysis: Coordinate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, trading, and risk management teams to reconcile exchange-traded derivative positions.
• Month-End Reporting: Execute monthly closing processes and prepare reporting for realized and unrealized exchange-traded derivative positions.
• Cash Management: Support daily cash monitoring, payment processing, and intercompany financial activities.
• Process Optimization: Identify and execute opportunities to improve internal controls, eliminate redundancies, and enhance efficiencies across treasury banking workflows.
• Executive & Board Support: Assist the Treasury Director in accumulating financial analysis and preparing executive summary materials for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• General Treasury Support: Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as assigned.
