United Future is seeking a Treasury Analyst in Fort Wayne, IN to support daily cash operations, hedging analysis, and financial reporting. You will interface with accounting, operations, and risk teams to provide accurate data for executives and the Board.

This early-career role offers exposure to treasury operations, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration within a growing organization.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Entry-level to 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, corporate accounting, or treasury operations.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with high attention to quantitative detail.
Effective written and verbal communication across departments and for executive presentations.

Mansioni

Derivative & Hedging Analysis: Coordinate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, trading, and risk management teams to reconcile exchange-traded derivative positions between broker statements and internal systems of record.
Month-End Reporting: Execute monthly closing processes and prepare reporting for realized and unrealized exchange-traded derivative positions.
Cash Management: Support daily cash monitoring, payment processing, and intercompany financial activities.
Process Optimization: Identify and execute opportunities to improve internal controls, eliminate redundancies, and enhance efficiencies across treasury banking workflows.
Executive & Board Support: Assist the Treasury Director in accumulating financial analysis and preparing executive summary materials for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
General Treasury Support: Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis as assigned.
