Acloché LLC is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our finance team in Fort Wayne, IN. Reporting to the Treasury Director, you will support daily cash operations, reconcile hedging positions, and provide executive-level financial reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Entry-level to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or treasury operations.
Strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication across departments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate derivative position reconciliations across broker statements and internal systems.
Execute monthly close and report realized/unrealized derivative positions.
Support daily cash monitoring and intercompany payment processing.
Identify opportunities to improve internal controls and treasury workflows.
Prepare executive summaries for senior leadership and the Board.
Perform ad-hoc treasury projects and financial analysis.
