Weber Blackstone is seeking a Treasury professional to join the Corporate Treasury team in Palatine, IL. You will work with senior management on cash operations, forecasting, and financial analyses to support strategic decisions.

The role is hybrid, requiring in-office days at Palatine campus, with responsibilities spanning banking infrastructure, inter-company funding, FBAR tracking, risk analyses, and global working capital modeling.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 1–3 years in Accounting or Finance, Treasury preferred.
• Proficient in business analytics and financial modeling.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration across levels.
• Detail oriented with ability to work independently.

Role Overview Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Treasury & Cash Operations, the selected candidate will be part of the Corporate Treasury team and will work closely with Senior Management and Global Treasury. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex financial modeling and financial statements and will be confident and motivated to effect positive change in the organization. Key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to, support and analysis of ongoing cash management and cash operations, short term and long-term cash flow forecasting and modeling, and preparation of regular metrics and analyses to support communications to management, owners and investors. This is a hybrid role requiring in office days at our Palatine, IL campus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support management of banking infrastructure by overseeing account openings, closures, maintenance and administration of online banking systems.
• Support payment execution, receivables, inter-company loans, subsidiary funding and cross-border settlements.
• Own the tracking, reporting and filing of FBAR.
• Manage the corporate credit card and travel & entertainment programs.
• Support risk management analyses to support review and renewal of insurance policies.
• Support working capital modeling and analysis on a global basis.
• Support short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting for the US entity.
• Support multi-year cash flow modeling for the global organization.
• Provide ad hoc analysis to the Treasury Team (including CFO) and participate in special cross-functional projects as needed.
• Involvement in other Treasury tasks as needed, including tracking of interest rate swaps, currency swaps and assigned transactional needs.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 1-3 years of work experience in an Accounting or Finance role, Treasury experience preferred.
• Proficient in business analytics and financial modeling.
• Must have advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in SAP preferred.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to challenge the status quo for the good of the organization are required.
• Strong communication skills, both orally and written.
• Ability to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with all levels of management and across a global organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $84,000 * This salary range represents Weber Blackstone's good faith belief of what we reasonably expect to pay the top candidate
