Job summary

North Atlantic Imports, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Vermont to pull inventory, palletize orders, label shipments, and assist in quality control. This seasonal role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and adhering to 5S standards while following safety guidelines.

The position offers evening hours (Mon-Thu, 4pm–2:30am) with a start pay of $18.50 per hour and a seasonal duration up to 120 days, depending on company needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of WMS preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Inventory experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and lift most of the shift.
• 5S/lean manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pulls product from inventory and palletizes orders.
• Labels products for shipping as instructed by supervisor.
• Takes an active role in the quality control process.
• Applies shrink wrap, marks pallets, and stages shipments.
• Wears proper PPE and Maintains safe work practices.
• Keeps facility clean and debris free.
• Boxes and processes orders.
• Maintain efficient speeds and 5S standards.

Role Overview

Essential Functions

• Pulls product from inventory and palletizes orders for shipments
• Labels products for shipping as instructed by supervisor
• Takes an active role in the quality control process
• Applies shrink wrap, marks pallets, and stages shipments as instructed by supervisor
• Wears proper PPE (personal protective equipment)
• Maintains safe work practices as instructed by management
• Keeps facility clean and debris free
• Other duties as assigned
• Boxes and processes orders
• Maintain efficient speeds and 5S standards
• Follow all Handbook Policies
• Professional interactions with incoming/outgoing shifts
