This high-impact role blends treasury operations, financial reporting, and risk management reporting directly to the Controller and CFO. It’s a great fit for someone with strong insurance accounting and cash management experience, who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building scalable processes while leading and mentoring junior team members.

Required experience and qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s in accounting or finance (CPA preferred).
• Strong treasury, cash management, and intercompany accounting knowledge.
• Insurance industry experience (P&C is strongly preferred).
• Proficient in Excel and financial systems (general ledger, reporting, online banking).
• Proven process improvement mindset and experience working with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels and stakeholders.
• Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable; thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
