Job Title: Treasury Manager

Location: Fully Remote (Company HQ in Washington, DC)

Industry: Security Technology / Telecommunications

A $B global security technology group is looking to appoint a Treasury Manager to build and lead a newly formed treasury function. This is a high-impact, fully remote position within a fast-paced, international organization operating at the cutting edge of telecoms and security technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and establish the company’s global treasury function from the ground up
• Lead the implementation of Kyriba treasury management system
• Oversee daily cash positions across North America and international entities
• Collaborate with Finance to develop short- and long-term cash flow forecasts
• Deliver monthly treasury reporting, including cash flow analysis
• Manage and optimize global bank account structures (including cash pooling)
• Support and execute international cash movements and FX hedging strategies
• Ensure compliance with financial covenants, manage letters of credit, surety bonds, and related credit instruments
• Contribute to working capital optimization and liquidity planning strategies
• Enhance internal controls and streamline treasury processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience in treasury management in a global, multi-entity business
• Strong understanding of cash forecasting, FX hedging, and treasury systems (Kyriba experience highly valued)
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting and collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience within technology, telecoms, or high-growth, complex environments preferred
