Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking Warehouse Associates for a hybrid role with home-site duties and travel to partner facilities across the country. You’ll join a trusted team supporting ongoing projects, start-ups, and high-volume operations, traveling for extended deployments and returning home between assignments.

You’ll need warehouse experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to lift 25–75 lbs, with excellent communication and safety awareness to adapt to new sites and leadership styles.

• Ability to travel for deployments of 6+ weeks

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight
• Select, pick, sort, and stage product
• Build and wrap pallets
• Move freight safely around the facility
• Operate warehouse equipment when trained
• Audit, count, and verify product
• Support startups and transitions
• Help teams meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Keep areas clean, organized, and safe
