Job summary

Capstone Logistics is hiring Warehouse Associates for a unique hybrid role serving both the home site and travel team. You will travel to partner facilities across the country for assignments lasting 6+ weeks, supporting start-ups, transitions, and high-volume operations.

At home, you’ll support daily warehouse tasks and build leadership skills within your local team. Capstone emphasizes safety, reliability, and professional representation on all deployments across the Capstone network.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
• Willingness to travel and remain deployed for 6+ weeks at a time.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight.
• Select, pick, sort, and stage products.
• Build and wrap pallets.
• Move freight safely throughout the facility.
• Operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.
• Audit, count, and verify product.
• Support start-ups and transitions.
• Help teams meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Learn and follow site-specific processes.
