Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking Warehouse Associates for a unique hybrid role that combines home-site work with travel to Capstone partner facilities across the country. Travel assignments can last 6+ weeks, and associates will support start-ups, transitions, and high-volume operations while maintaining safety and quality.

You will work at your home site when not deployed, build relationships with local teams, and demonstrate leadership through professionalism and initiative.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to travel and deploy for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environments.
• Effective communication with coworkers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight.
• Pick, sort, and stage product.
• Build and wrap pallets.
• Move freight safely throughout the facility.
• Operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.
• Audit, count, and verify product.
• Support warehouse start-ups and transitions.
• Help teams meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Learn and follow site-specific processes.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by site leadership.
