Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking high-performing Warehouse Associates for a unique hybrid role. You’ll work at your home site in Bellefontaine, OH, and travel to Capstone partner facilities for projects lasting 6+ weeks.

You’ll help with loading/unloading, picking, staging, and assisting start-ups across multiple facilities nationwide. Travel deployments let you build leadership skills, with weekly pay, paid training, and benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 25–75 lbs.
• Willingness to travel and remain deployed for 6+ weeks at a time.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight.
• Selecting, picking, sorting, and staging product.
• Building and wrapping pallets.
• Moving freight safely throughout the facility.
• Operating warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.
• Auditing, counting, and verifying product.
• Supporting warehouse start-ups and operational transitions.
• Helping teams meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Learning and following site-specific processes.
• Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by site leadership.
