Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking Warehouse Associates for a hybrid role that combines your home site with travel to Capstone partner facilities across the country. You will support local warehouse operations and deploy on projects requiring additional hands.

Travel assignments can last 6+ weeks, and you will learn new processes, lead by example, and represent Capstone with professionalism wherever you go. Weekly pay, training, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs.
• Willingness to travel and remain deployed for 6+ weeks at a time.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environments.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight.
• Select, pick, sort, and stage product.
• Build and wrap pallets.
• Move freight safely throughout the facility.
• Operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.
• Audit, count, and verify product.
• Support warehouse start-ups and transitions.
• Help teams meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Learn and follow site-specific processes.
