Capstone Logistics, based in the United States, is seeking Warehouse Associates for a hybrid role serving both home-site operations and national travel assignments. Deployments may last 6+ weeks, with assignments at partner facilities across the country.

You will join a team responsible for start-ups, transitions, high-volume operations, and safety-driven productivity. Travel readiness, adaptability, and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environments.
• Capable of lifting 25–75 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight.
• Select, pick, sort, and stage product.
• Build and wrap pallets.
• Move freight safely throughout the facility.
• Operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.
• Audit, count, and verify product.
• Support start-ups and transitions.
• Help teams meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
