Job summary

Capstone Logistics is seeking high-performing Warehouse Associates for a unique hybrid role that blends home-site duties with travel assignments across the country. You’ll support daily warehouse operations at your home site and join Capstone's Travel Team when projects require extra capacity, with deployments that last 6+ weeks.

You will lead by example, learn quickly, and represent Capstone professionally on every deployment, collaborating with local leadership and partner facilities while

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to travel and be deployed for 6+ weeks.
• Ability to lift and carry materials weighing 25–75 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight.
• Select, pick, sort, and stage product.
• Build and wrap pallets.
• Move freight safely throughout the facility.
• Operate warehouse equipment when trained and authorized.
• Audit, count, and verify product.
• Support startup and operational transitions.
• Help teams meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
