Farmers National Bank of Canfield is seeking a Universal Banker to support multiple offices in the Trumbull County market. The role involves assisting customers with transactions, opening and closing deposit accounts, and directing teller operations across branches.

Travel between offices is required, with a focus on delivering superior service, generating referrals, and coaching tellers in sales techniques. Prior banking experience and supervisory skills are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years retail banking experience as teller or customer contact/sales.
• Minimum of one year opening new accounts, sales and operations preferred.
• Previous supervisory and sales experience highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise tellers and vault operations to ensure accurate, efficient service.
• Open, maintain and close accounts and deposits.
• Coach tellers on sales and referrals.
• Generate referrals and train sales techniques for staff.
• Open, redeem, and calculate interest on CDs.
• Balance vault cash, ATM, and branch totals; conduct regular audits.
• Travel between offices in Trumbull County as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client needs.
