Qualifications

• Knowledge of bank products and services; ability to present options that fit client needs.
• Participation in referrals, sales programs, and sales training to meet goals.
• Coordinate with Branch Manager on sales and service operations.
• Coach tellers to meet daily sales referral goals and provide excellent service.
• Prepare documents to open new accounts and maintain accounts.
• Assist clients with loan questions and processes; prepare for loan applications.

Responsibilities

• Open, maintain and close all types of transactions and deposit accounts.
• Balance vault cash, ATM, and branch totals; conduct monthly teller cash audits.
• Ensure dual control procedures and secure handling of negotiable instruments and records.
• Provide empathetic service and resolve client issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate staff; oversee daily branch operations and staff scheduling.
• Make outbound sales calls and run a teller window as needed.
