Farmers National Banc Corp. seeks a Universal Banker to travel between multiple offices in the Trumbull County market and deliver high-quality customer service.

The role involves processing transactions, opening and closing accounts, and mentoring tellers to meet sales goals. You will lead branch operations, generate referrals, handle loan inquiries, and manage IRA products while maintaining compliance and confidentiality.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED; College degree preferred.
• Minimum of two (2) years retail banking experience as a teller or customer contact/sales position.
• Minimum of one (1) year opening new accounts, sales and operations preferred.
• Previous supervisory and sales experience highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide superior customer service and process transactions.
• Open, maintain and close accounts and deposit transactions efficiently.
• Direct the daily work of tellers and oversee branch operations.
• Generate referrals and coach tellers on sales and referral techniques.
• Assist clients with loan questions and processes; prepare loan files.
• Prepare contracts; renew IRA Certificates and related IRA transactions.
• Balance vault cash, ATM, and branch totals; conduct monthly teller cash audits.
• Make outbound sales calls to current and prospective clients.
