Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for safe completion of mechanical maintenance, equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Direct and delegate work to meet work management and schedule requirements during outages and projects.
• Ensure crew compliance with Safety and OSHA guidelines by coaching and role-modeling safe job performance.
• Manage budgets, expenditures and projections and understand the submittal process.
• Lead team meetings, deliver written or verbal communications, and enforce work standards.
