Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience or leading others.
• High School Diploma or GED required; four years in the craft supervised.

Responsibilities

• Administers the functions of the Union Agreement and enforces policies for maintenance.
• Ensures safe, reliable plant operation as required by the license.
• Develops programs to raise performance and attention to detail among employees.
• Maintains accredited training in line with National Academy of Nuclear Training guidelines.
• Manages costs within approved budget and seeks cost reductions.
• Promotes and enforces safety procedures and policy adherence.
