Job summary

Gentle Dental in Milpitas, CA is hiring Treatment Coordinators for full-time and part-time roles. You will guide patients from initial consult to treatment acceptance, explain financial options, and coordinate scheduling and documentation to ensure smooth care.

This role requires at least 1 year front-office medical experience, orthodontic exposure, strong computer skills, and the ability to present treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of front office experience in a medical environment.
• 1 year of experience in Orthodontics.
• Computer literate; QSI experience is a plus.
• Experience presenting treatment plans and costs of services.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Discuss treatment options, establish treatment schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients.
• Monitor patient progress to ensure completion of the dental treatment plan and enter plans into the computer system.
• Be knowledgeable about various insurance plans, exclusions and limitations.
• Ensure all forms for predeterminations to third-party benefit providers are submitted and patients notified of status and their financial responsibilities.

Schedule:

This is a full-time opportunity, 4x week 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Information:

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour/DOE
