Job summary

Gentle Dental Spanish Trail in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Travel Treatment Coordinator with Orthodontic experience for a full-time role. You will guide patients from initial diagnosis to treatment acceptance, presenting financial options and scheduling.

This traveling position requires coordination across multiple offices and delivering excellent patient care. Qualified candidates have 1+ year front office medical experience, 1 year orthodontics, and strong computer skills.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1+ years of front office experience in a medical environment.
• 1 year of experience in Ortho.
• Experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Discuss treatment options, establish treatment schedules, and prepare financial arrangements with patients.
• Monitor patient progress and report status to attending doctor; enter and track treatment plans in the computer system.
• Be knowledgeable about insurance plans, exclusions and limitations.
• Ensure all forms for preauthorizations and notifications have been submitted and patients notified of status and their financial responsibilities.

Qualifications:
