Job summary

Koalafi is seeking a Territory Manager for Alabama and Louisiana, with hybrid travel across the region. You will drive new business, manage retail accounts, and present sales strategies to expand our lease-to-own financing services. The role requires a proven sales background and willingness to travel up to 50%.

Expect base plus commission with a strong on-target earnings potential. A driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, and Spanish language skills are a plus in serving diverse

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience required, preferably in retail.
• Minimum 2+ years in new business development (hunting)
• Ability to travel up to 50% with overnight travel
• Extensive driving required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business across Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana territories.
• Meet or exceed sales budgets, strategic goals, and KPIs.
• Develop and implement a strategic prospecting plan and provide weekly updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Implement strategic plans to achieve budgeted sales at retailers and National Accounts.
• Travel within territory and use Salesforce to maintain touch plans with retailers and stakeholders.
• Prepare business reports and submit expense reports; investigate and resolve customer problems.
