Koalafi is seeking a Regional Sales professional to drive new business growth across Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana. The role emphasizes 80% hunting new business and 20% account management, with travel up to 50% including overnights.

Retail and national account engagement is required. You will develop strategic plans, present to retailers, and maintain Salesforce CRM touchpoints, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Minimum 2+ years in new business development (sales hunting).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with overnight travel.

Aufgaben

• Prospect new business across Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana territories.
• Meet or exceed sales budgets, strategic goals and KPIs.
• Develop and implement a strategic prospecting plan; provide weekly updates to Regional Sales Manager.
• Present sales and training to retailers and National Account locations.
• Travel within territory and maintain touch plan for key stakeholders using Salesforce CRM.
• Prepare business and expense reports; investigate and resolve customer problems.
