Job summary

Koalafi is seeking a Regional Sales professional to drive new business in Missouri and Iowa, while building and nurturing relationships with retail customers. You will lead strategic prospecting, meet sales budgets, and present solutions in both small to mid-sized retailers and national accounts.

The role emphasizes 80% hunting new business and 20% farming, with travel up to 50% and overnight stays. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience required.
• Minimum 2+ years of new business development (sales hunting) required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% with overnight travel.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business within Missouri and Iowa.
• Develop and implement a strategic prospecting plan and provide weekly updates to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Execute strategic sales plans to achieve budgets at retailers and national accounts.
• Act as the company’s primary liaison with retail customers and deliver sales presentations in accounts.
• Travel within assigned territory and maintain touch plans using Salesforce CRM.
• Prepare reports and expense submissions; investigate and resolve customer problems.
