Job summary

Koalafi seeks a driven sales professional to develop new business across Alabama, Mississippi and Louisiana. You will drive prospects, deliver presentations, and manage key accounts to hit budgets and KPIs. Salesforce CRM usage and strong communication are essential.

The role requires up to 50% travel with overnights; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Full-time compensation ranges from $105,000 to $135,000 on target, with uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail.
• Minimum 2+ years in new business development (sales hunting).
• Ability to travel up to 50% with overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business across AL, MS and LA territories.
• Meet or exceed sales budgets, goals and KPIs.
• Develop and implement a strategic prospecting plan and report weekly to Regional Sales Manager.
• Present sales trainings in retail and national account locations.
• Use Salesforce to maintain touch plans with customers and stakeholders.
• Prepare business reports and expense reports; resolve customer problems.
• Travel 80% hunting new business, 20% account management.
