Job summary

Koalafi is seeking a high-velocity sales professional to expand our lender network in Missouri and Iowa. You will hunt new business, travel frequently, and drive revenue growth for our lease-to-own financing solutions.

You will travel up to 50% with overnight stays, maintain relationships with retailers, and use Salesforce to track touchpoints. A base salary plus uncapped commission supports a strong on-target earnings outlook.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience required, preferably in retail or finance.
• 2+ years in new business development (hunting) required.
• Must travel up to 50% with overnight stays; reliable transportation and license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business within Missouri and Iowa territories.
• Meet or exceed sales budgets and KPI targets.
• Develop strategic prospecting plans and report weekly.
• Travel to retailers, deliver presentations, and manage accounts.
