Job summary

Koalafi is seeking a Territory Manager for Alabama and Louisiana with travel up to 50% across AL, MS, and LA. You will prospect new business and manage retailer relationships in the assigned territories.

You will meet sales budgets, develop strategic prospecting plans, and provide weekly updates to the Regional Sales Manager. Travel, presentations, and Salesforce CRM usage are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience; B2B or retail experience desirable.
• Minimum 2+ years in new business development (sales hunting).
• Ability to travel up to 50% with overnight travel.
• Extensive driving is required; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Plus: bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business across Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
• Meet or exceed sales budgets and KPIs.
• Develop and implement a strategic prospecting plan; provide weekly updates to Regional Sales Manager.
• Implement sales plans to achieve budgeted goals at retailers and National Accounts.
• Act as liaison with retail customers and deliver sales/training presentations.
• Travel the territory and use Salesforce to maintain a touch plan with accounts.
• Prepare business reports and submit expense reports; resolve customer issues.
• Support Regional VP of Sales/Regional Sales Manager as needed; hunting 80% of the time.
