Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One year of cashier or teller experience (within the past five years).
• Intermediate PC knowledge with basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Must be able to travel and work at different locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members, providing prompt, accurate, and efficient transactions.
• Receive checks and cash for deposits, verify amounts, and examine checks for endorsement.
• Cash checks and process withdrawals after verification of member balances.
• Process all mail, posting payments and deposits; prepare items for branch shipment.
• Maintain knowledge of credit union products, policies, and robbery procedures.
• Promote, explain, and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Receive and process loan payments.
• Balance cash drawer and research discrepancies with Head Teller or Branch Manager.
• Ensure teller station is stocked with supplies.
• Check night depository and record information per procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
