Qualifications

• 1 year related work experience in customer service preferred.

• Proficient in basic computer operations and software.

• Willingness to travel and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help at all times.
• Develop and retain the customer base, greet by name, respond promptly, and resolve issues.
• Process deposits and teller transactions accurately and maintain confidentiality.
• Research and offer solutions using branch resources to resolve customer issues.
• Make weekly sales calls and refer customers to platform partners within the branch.
• Follow security, risk management and compliance requirements.
• Meet scheduled working hours and branch standards, including dress code.
• Travel to various branches as needed to support staffing.
