Job summary

Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service during customer banking transactions.
Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to banking partners for additional financial solutions.
Support teller operations and help maintain operational excellence across branch locations.
Educate customers on available banking products, services, and digital banking capabilities.
Resolve customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive banking experience.
Process transactions in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security standards.
Service vault, ATM, and night deposit operations as assigned.
Travel regularly to support staffing and operational needs across multiple branches within the district.
