Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering or customer service experience.
• Basic math, balancing, and knowledge of banking products.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs; prior sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies.
• Open accounts, issue checks, perform maintenance and transfers.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
