Job summary

Zions Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) in Utah to handle debit and credit transactions, assist customers with accounts, and promote additional banking products. This on-site role supports branch operations across the western Salt Lake and Tooele County area.

Responsibilities include opening accounts, issuing cards, performing transfers, and cross-selling based on client needs. Requires HS diploma and customer service experience, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills. Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies and procedures.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services including opening accounts, checks, money transfers, etc.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch or bank resources.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
