Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies.
• Identify client needs and offer services such as new accounts, transfers, and card activations.
• Resolve client issues directly or by referral to branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote suitable products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
