Job summary

Zions Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) to support branches across the South Salt Lake and Northern Utah County area. You will handle debit and credit transactions, assist with account services, and help customers with cross-selling opportunities to meet banking needs.

This role emphasizes accurate balancing, friendly service, and the ability to work across multiple branches within a traveling support team. Training provided, including benefits and travel reimbursements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some cashiering or customer service experience.
• Basic math, balancing, and knowledge of debits/credits.
• Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
• Strong balancing and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in line with policies.
• Assist clients with account openings, transfers, and other banking tasks.
• Resolve client problems or refer to appropriate branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and referrals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
