Zions Bank is seeking a Client Service Associate (Teller) in the Duchesne, Vernal, and Roosevelt area. This Retail Support role supports our branches with traveling tellers and bankers to ensure seamless service across our Utah footprint.

The position offers minimum pay of $17.00 per hour and opportunities to gain a broad skill set in banking fundamentals while networking across branches. Ideal candidates will balance cash handling with strong customer service and cross-selling abilities.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering, customer service, balancing, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
• Must have solid balancing and customer service skills. Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.

Responsabilités

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately in accordance with policies and procedures, maintaining a balanced record.
• Identify and address clients' needs by providing services such as opening accounts, issuing checks, performing money transfers, and more.
• Resolve client issues directly or refer to branch resources as needed.
• Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
