The role emphasizes cross-selling, customer service, and teamwork within Retail Support. Minimum pay starts at $17 per hour and benefits begin day one, with mileage for travel within the region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and some cashiering or customer service experience.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of debits/credits and banking products.
• Strong balancing and customer service skills; ability to cross-sell based on client needs.
• Experience selling banking products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process debit and credit transactions accurately per policies.
• Open accounts, issue checks, perform maintenance, and process money transfers.
• Resolve client issues directly or via referrals to branch resources.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
