Job summary

MPI is seeking a Traveling Superintendent for high-volume commercial construction across the Southeast. You will manage daily on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and drive milestones while maintaining safety and quality across rapid project timelines.

You must have proven superintendent experience in commercial construction, travel extensively in the Southeast, and strong leadership and communication skills. Valid driver’s license and scheduling software proficiency are required.

Qualifications

  • Proven Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
  • Experience delivering quick service restaurant, convenience store, fuel station, retail, or restaurant projects.
  • Experience managing fast-track construction schedules.
  • Ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast region.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and subcontractor management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Proficiency with construction scheduling and project documentation software.
