Job summary

MPI, a well-established commercial contractor, delivers retail, grocery, renovation, and commercial construction across the Southeast. Lead all on-site operations for retail, grocery, and big‑box projects, manage subcontractors, schedules, safety and quality, and coordinate with Project Managers and clients.

Travel regionally Monday–Friday while maintaining strong site leadership. The successful applicant will have 5+ years as a Lead Superintendent with a GC, experience delivering ground‑up

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Lead Superintendent experience with a general contractor.
• Background delivering ground-up retail, grocery, or big-box commercial projects.
• Experience with projects such as grocery stores, retail renovations, or national rollouts preferred.
• Team-oriented leader with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout NC, SC, and Southern VA.
