Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects across the Southeast. You will lead on-site operations, manage field teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive projects from start to finish.

Ideal candidates will have superintendent experience on commercial builds, ability to read drawings, familiarity with Procore or similar software, and willingness to travel extensively. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Ground-up construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, restaurant, healthcare, or similar sectors.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management abilities.

Job Offer

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 DOE
• Discretionary annual bonus.
• Two weeks of paid time off, increasing to three weeks with tenure.
