Job summary

We Search People is assisting a Georgia-based commercial contractor in seeking a qualified Superintendent to oversee day-to-day on-site operations for a portfolio of Southeast projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality on each site.

The role requires 5+ years of on-site superintendent experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel across the Southeast.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
• Proven experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and site safety.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
