JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Superintendent for Self Perform (AFG) to lead safety, subcontractor coordination, and self-perform operations across multiple sites. The role travels to project locations and ensures on-time, quality completion while aligning with JE Dunn’s values and project goals.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in construction, 3+ years in field supervision, and experience with Lean principles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Lean principles experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC programs.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care, custody and control.
• Lead daily standups and weekly trade meetings.
• Attend and manage project meetings and reports.
