Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience with Lean principles (Preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Creates and manages project schedule.
• Supports project closeouts and coordinates with owner, architect and authorities.
