Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience performing as Superintendent managing work as a specialty contractor.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field or equivalent experience.
• In-depth technical knowledge of interior systems and related tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of building construction, scheduling and cost control procedures, subcontracts, drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of lean principles.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, scopes of work, and project schedule.
• EH&S practices knowledge.
• Strong project management and prioritization.
• Leadership and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sequence work to meet project schedule and integrate SPO activities into the project schedule.
• Set production requirements with Trades Foreperson and monitor progress weekly.
• Monitor installed quantities and percentage completion for SPO tasks.
• Oversee material deliveries per project schedule.
• Assist with hiring/termination decisions related to Trade labor.
• Develop relationships with labor sources to fulfill staffing needs.
• Plan and implement performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and staffing levels.
• Resolve field issues with Owners, Architects, Engineers.
• Manage monthly estimate of work completed, payrolls, invoices, and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure work installation aligns with contract documents.
