Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of superintendent experience on large-scale construction projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification required or provided after hire.
• Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple job sites (~20%).

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day site operations and coordinate field teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and QA/QC checks.
• Monitor project costs and profitability; manage budgets.
• Hire and manage subcontractors; coordinate materials deliveries.
• Maintain daily site log and weekly/daily reports.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Update project managers on site progress.
• Train and supervise onsite staff; enforce company policies.
• Collaborate with project management and owners to ensure project completion.
