Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent with 10+ years of leadership in ground-up commercial multifamily construction. You will manage project administration, field operations, and ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery with strict adherence to project specs.

You will coordinate subcontractors, assist in scheduling, monitor costs, and uphold the company safety program while reporting progress to the project manager and owners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction experience.
• Experience leading wood, steel, and concrete commercial multifamily projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and project scheduling programs.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Assist in preparing a project schedule, staffing structure, and equipment requirements.
• Direct and control the construction project to meet specifications and schedules within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors to align with project schedules.
• Maintain regular communication with project managers and owners on progress and changes.
• Prepare job progress and cost reports reflecting actual costs.
• Review requisitions, POs, invoices, and other reports for accuracy.
• Promote adherence to the safety program across all project phases.
• Demonstrate leadership, address conflicts, and drive quality improvements.
