nVent is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead on-site project coordination for large-scale engineered bus duct installations across North America. You will manage schedules, communicate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure safe, efficient project execution in diverse environments.

Travel will be heavy (75%), with extended stays at customer sites. A strong background in field operations, reading drawings, and OSHA safety is required, along with proficiency in MS Office and

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience leading or coordinating field-based project activities at customer sites.
• Proven experience coordinating schedules, subcontractor coordination, issue resolution, progress reporting and customer communication.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills in a fast-paced field environment.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and project documentation.
• Solid understanding of OSHA requirements and job-site safety practices.
• Experience using MS Office and project tracking tools.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 75% across the country; extended stays at customer sites.

• Serve as the on-site representative for large-scale engineered bus duct system installation projects.
• Coordinate daily project activities with customers, subcontractors, field service technicians, and project managers.
• Lead project site coordination and customer progress meetings and report project schedules, risks, and issues.
• Monitor schedules, workforce, equipment, material readiness, and project progress.
• Review drawings and documentation to support project delivery and customer experience.
• Make field decisions balancing safety, schedule, commitments, and costs.
• Complete daily reports and timekeeping records and maintain project records.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across sites.
