Job summary

Trueline is seeking a Traveling Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on industrial, commercial, and institutional projects nationwide. This is a 100% travel role for an experienced Journeyman Electrician who can supervise crews and own major field projects.

You will start alongside senior field leadership to learn our standards before taking full ownership. Expect to manage 30–35 field staff, read electrical drawings, coordinate safety, and ensure NEC compliance on tight schedules.

Qualifications

• Michigan Journeyman license is required; 15+ years electrical construction experience preferred.
• Experience supervising electrical crews and coordinating daily field production.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schematics.
• Willingness to travel full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations on electrical construction projects.
• Oversee foremen and crews up to 30–35 field staff.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, materials, and project priorities.
• Read and interpret drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Travel full time to project sites.
• Maintain NEC compliance and accurate field reporting.
