Job summary
Lighthouse Electric Company, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Superintendent (Electrical) to lead field operations across multiple projects, ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while traveling to job sites.
The role requires coordinating with project teams, unions, and trade partners to deliver complex commercial and industrial installations. Ideal candidates have 7+ years of electrical construction supervision, a Journeyman Electrician background, and hands-on experience with VDC/BIM
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of electrical construction field experience supervising electrical crews.
- Experience interpreting drawings and specifications for field installations.
- Journeyman electrician background preferred.
- Experience on large, complex, or fast-track electrical projects with union labor.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical field operations across Lighthouse Electric projects ensuring safe, productive execution.
- Direct union crews in accordance with CBA and local work rules.
- Plan daily/weekly production activities including manpower loading and sequencing.
- Coordinate with Project Management, Planning/Layout/Design, Safety, Quality, and Prefabrication teams.
- Develop phase plans, weekly work plans, and lookaheads; remove constraints.
